Mike heads up CARE’s technology department where he is accountable for the overall technology vision, aligning all IT investments with strategic business objectives and ensuring that the company’s systems and processes are functioning properly. An enterprise architect with keen management sensibilities, Mike has experience working in multiple industry sectors and his IT expertise extends across a variety of different development tools, platforms and methodologies.

Mike’s background includes a Bachelors degree in Information Systems and a 15 plus year broad range of technology work experience that includes both the private and public sectors, as well government and academic institutions. His most recent position prior to joining CARE in 2005 was as a Microsoft Certified Partner Consultant in the greater Chicago-land area. Mike has technology certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and Citrix as well being a certified HIPAA Professional.
