Ms. Black is responsible for all human resource functions for the organization. Prior to joining CARE in 1997, she gained over 12 years “generalist” experience in a variety of work environments that included service, manufacturing and consulting industries. Ms. Black is a graduate of Indiana University with undergraduate and graduate degrees in business, with an academic focus on Human Resources.
