Steve Sonn
Director of Marketing and Public Relations

Steve is an experienced marketing and public relations professional, and the Manager of Marketing and Public Relations for Care Communications, Inc. In this role, he leads planning and execution for a wide range of marketing initiatives that include traditional and digital marketing as well as communications and public relations.

For nearly 20 years, Steve has held a variety of healthcare marketing and communications positions. He has worked with healthcare providers of all types and sizes, from small community and specialty hospitals to teaching hospitals and large health systems. His experience spans developing marketing and brand strategy, marketing planning, implementation and program measurement.

He holds a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications and a bachelor’s degree in speech communications.

Steve has been an active influence in the greater Chicago marketing community, having served in board and volunteer positions for area marketing and communications associations. He currently serves as the Director of Member Retention and Engagement for the Chicago chapter of the American Marketing Association.

His work has garnered over 15 national and international awards for excellence and creativity in marketing and communications.
