Heather Lowe

Heather has been with Care Communications since 2002. She is currently a Business Development Representative, responsible for coding sales, which includes prospecting new clients and maintaining and growing current clients.

She started with CARE in the Human Resources Department assisting with recruitment, onboarding new employees and processing employee forms. Heather then progressed to Resource Deployment coordinator. In this position she balanced the needs of clients and employees by making staffing recommendations to match skill sets, client goals and to enhance CARE’s financial growth. Prior to CARE Heather worked has worked as a staffing and benefits consultant.

Heather has a bachelor’s degree from The University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, a Professional of Human Resources Certificate, and is a Sales Advantage graduate of the Dale Carnegie Sales Training program.
