  • Triangles and Interlocking triangles: A systems view of the emotional and political landscape

Program Specifics and Logistics

Kick-off seminar

This nine-month leadership development program begins with a one-day “kick-off” seminar (8:30 am to 4:30 pm) at The CARE Leadership Center in Chicago. The seminar provides an overview of the CARE Systems-based Leadership and Change Management™ framework for leading transformational change. It introduces the theory, principles, and tools that form the foundation of a new way to lead transformational change.

Seven Group Meetings

Two weeks after the kick-off seminar, a series of seven- three hour group meetings begins. Meetings are scheduled at six- week intervals to allow time for practicing new concepts in the workplace. The seven follow-up meetings provide in-depth discussions of concepts from Systems-based Leadership and Change Management™ and the opportunity to process real life leadership issues presented by the program participants.

Individual Executive Coaching Sessions 

Each participant schedules one 30-minute telephone coaching session with our executive coach during each of the six-week intervals for a total of seven sessions. Participants benefit from access to their executive coach while processing their experiences.

Limited class size

The program is designed for 8-12 participants.

Continuing Education Credits 

A certificate of attendance for 32.5 continuing education credits will be presented to attendees at the conclusion of the final seminar.
