Abstracting (concurrent and backlogs) and reporting – We provide abstracting assistance utilizing cancer registry consultants with extensive knowledge of the various types of cancer registry software out today. This may be accomplished on-site or remotely.

Casefinding - We provide casefinding assistance via internal mechanisms afforded to include disease index, pathology reports, chemotherapy logs, radiation therapy logs and any additional relevant information obtained through investigative efforts of consultants. This may be accomplished on-site or remotely.

Follow-up - We provide follow-up assistance utilizing internal cancer committee approved reporting mechanism to include electronic and hard copy medical records, Social Security Death Index, State Death List (if available), physician letters, patient letters (if cancer committee approved), phone calls to physicians and/or patients (if cancer committee approved). This may be accomplished on-site or remotely.
